LEGO has officially beamed up something truly special for fans of Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Set your phasers to excited, the LEGO Icons 10356 USS Enterprise D has been revealed ahead of its 28 November 2025 release, perfectly timed with the global Black Friday buzz.

This UK-grounded launch is formerly turning heads across both the Star Trek and LEGO fandoms. Collectors are calling it one of the most ambitious sci-fi recreations in the LEGO Icons range to date.

A Starship Built Brick by Brick

Retailing at £369.99 (or $399.99 / €399.99 overseas), the LEGO USS Enterprise D set comes with a staggering 3,600 pieces. Once assembled, the model stretches to an impressive 60cm, a proper centerpiece for any collector’s display shelf.

This is no child’s play. LEGO’s creators have gone each in on delicacy, faithfully landing the Galaxy-class vessel from Star Trek: The Next Generation.

The goblet section boasts a satiny, rounded figure erected from concentrated pitches and wedge plates, with published housing detailing and nonstop window patterns across the top.

The “USS Enterprise NCC-1701-D” registry gleams proudly on its face. Below, angled panels and reversed pitches add to the authenticity, while the divisible goblet glasses its on-screen capability, a detail that long-time suckers will incontinently fete.

Tiny Details, Big Impact

Every element of the ship reflects the love poured into its design. Angled pylons hold the warp nacelles, complete with transparent blue elements for that warp-field shimmer.

At the front, red pieces stand in for the Bussard collectors, while flashes of gold and orange mark the impulse engines.

For display, the model perches on a sturdy black Technic-based stand, making it appear as if it’s cruising through the cosmos.

A sleek nameplate sits beneath, displaying the Starfleet insignia and registry, subtle yet commanding.

LEGO’s creative streak continues to impress this season, especially following its recent exclusive Fish Tank GWP drop, the Tropical Aquarium set that’s already catching collectors’ attention.

The Crew’s All Here

No Star Trek set would be complete without its crew, and LEGO hasn’t disappointed. The package includes nine minifigures, each carefully crafted with iconic accessories and expressions:

  • Captain Jean-Luc Picard with his signature cup of tea.
  • Commander William Riker holding a trombone.
  • Lieutenant Commander Data alongside his cat, Spot.
  • Lieutenant Worf, now featuring a brand-new hair mould.
  • Lieutenant Commander Geordi La Forge with a field kit.
  • Dr Beverly Crusher is equipped with a medical tricorder.
  • Counselor Deanna Troi, clutching a PADD.
  • Wesley Crusher with his engineering kit.
  • Guinan, holding a green bottle and sporting a distinctive hat and hair combo.

Each figure stands on a grey baseplate, printed with the Star Trek logo, a perfect finishing touch for the ensemble.

Fan Reactions & Expectations

Excitement has rocketed across online forums and LEGO fan communities since the first images leaked. The combination of nostalgia and precision design has many collectors already planning their Black Friday budgets.

One fan summed it up perfectly: “This isn’t just another LEGO model, it’s a tribute to a sci-fi legacy that defined a generation.”

And correctly so. The LEGO Icons USS Enterprise D isn’t just a set, it’s a feat of liar, and audience. Come November 28, the underpinning core will power up, and shelves across the UK will light up with this fabulous starship.
