As over 56,000 runners prepare to hit the streets for the 2025 London Marathon on Sunday, April 27, there’s more than just medals and muscle aches awaiting the finishers. From pasta-fuelled prep to soothing bath bombs and complimentary travel, the capital is dishing out well-earned rewards for those tackling the iconic 26.2-mile challenge.

Here’s a round-up of the top freebies and rewards London Marathon participants can claim this weekend.

Free Pasta Fuel at Pastaio Soho

Carb-loading just got a delicious upgrade. On Saturday, April 26, Pastaio Soho is teaming up with Puresport to dish out free pasta meals to 50 lucky marathon runners.

Turn up between 3.35pm and 5.45pm and flash your registration via Puresport’s Instagram page to nab a plate of fresh, carby goodness — completely free. “It won’t cost you a penny.”

Franco Manca’s Free Pizza for Finishers

After the final stretch, head to Franco Manca for a complimentary sourdough pizza. All you need to do is present your 2025 finisher’s medal.

Available not just on race day, but also on Monday, April 28, this offer is open to runners of the London, Leeds and Exeter Marathons.

Because nothing says “well done” quite like a pizza.

Soothing Self-Care from Lush

Lush is celebrating World Bath Bomb Day (yes, it coincides with the marathon!) with gifts for finishers.

Medal in hand, pop into Lush locations in Covent Garden, Paddington, Waterloo, or Victoria to receive:

  • Cold Water Soother Epsom salt cube
  • After magnesium solid massage oil bar

Offers run from Sunday, April 27 to Wednesday, April 30.

Free TfL Travel on Race Day

Transport for London is helping runners make their way around the city, free of charge. On Sunday, April 27, simply show your:

  • Race bib
  • Finisher’s medal
  • Official pass

And enjoy free travel across the bus, tube, overground, and DLR until 6.30pm. Because after running a marathon, walking should be optional.

Burger and Beverage at Bill’s

Craving a hearty post-race meal? Bill’s has got you covered. Partnering with Coke, Peroni, Lucky Saint, and Aperol Spritz, they’re offering:

  • A free burger
  • And a low-alcoholic or soft drink

Just flash your medal (or volunteer pass) at participating London locations: Covent Garden, Soho, Wimbledon, Richmond, Victoria, and more.

Perfect way to refuel and toast your success.

Recovery Yoga with Live Yoga Teacher

Ease into post-race recovery with free livestream yoga classes, designed specifically for runners.

Led by Yanar Alkayat, a six-time marathoner herself, the sessions run on:

  • April 28
  • April 29
  • April 30

Sign up on the Live Yoga Teacher website with a pic of your bib or a finish line snap. Expect gentle stretches, deep breathing, and well-deserved relaxation.

Dive In: Free Swim at Brockwell Lido or Park Road Leisure

Nothing soothes sore muscles quite like a swim. Marathon finishers can enjoy free access to pools at:

  • Brockwell Lido (Brixton)
  • Park Road Leisure (Crouch End)

Offer valid now through Sunday, May 4. Show your race confirmation at reception.

Bonus: South Londoners can unwind further in the new outdoor saunas at Brockwell.

Conclusion: You’ve Earned It

The London Marathon is more than a race — it’s a celebration of endurance, community, and personal triumph. And this year, the city is showing love to its runners with a bounty of free treats.

Whether you’re diving into a hot bath, indulging in a slice of pizza, or gliding through a yoga pose, one thing’s certain — you’ve earned every bit of it.

So don’t miss out. Mark your calendar, claim your rewards, and bask in the glory of those hard-earned miles.
