Man Charged with Murder After Fatal Shooting Near Wembley Stadium

A man has been charged with murder following a fatal shooting near Wembley Stadium that left an 18- time-old from Haringey dead.

At roughly 0527 on Sunday, 21 September, emergency services responded to reports of a firing outside the Crystal Club in Wembley Park.

Officers arrived to find Tyrece Balcha, 18, from Hillingdon, suffering from a projectile crack. He was transported to a sanitarium but tragically failed on Thursday, 25 September.

In a sincere statement, Tyrece’s family described him as” our amazing son, family, and grandchild who’s kind, loving, funny, and hardworking.”

They expressed their desolation over his” senselessly taken” life and found solace in his decision to be an organ patron, stating,” through his selfless gift as a patron, his spirit will live on.”

Arrests and Charges

Adem Altindal, 32, of Wood Green, Haringey, was arrested on Wednesday, 24 September, and charged with murder on Thursday, 25 September. He’s listed to appear at Haringey Adjudicators’ Court moment Friday, 26 September.

An alternate man, aged 39, was arrested on suspicion of murder and possession of an arm on Thursday, 25 September. He remains in police guardianship.

Ongoing Investigation

Detective Chief Inspector Phil Clarke, leading the disquisition, expressed his condolences, stating,” Our thoughts are with the loved ones
of Tyrece at this veritably delicate time.

They continue to be supported by specialist officers, and we ask you to admire their sequestration. My platoon continues to work at a pace to establish the full circumstances that led to this man’s woeful death.”

Detective Chief Superintendent Luke Williams comforted the community, saying,” We honor the concern and alarm this incident has caused within the community, particularly as it happened at a busy event.

We would like to assure the public that their safety is of the utmost significance. We’ve increased details in the area, and you’ll see an uninterrupted police presence over the coming many days.”

Two other men were charged with attempted murder on Wednesday, 24 September, following their apprehensions on Tuesday, 23 September.

Rafael Reveane Rodriguez, 39, of Middleton Road, Morden, appeared at Wimbledon Adjudicators’ Court on Thursday, 25 September. Dennis Gambrah, 32, of Dressington Avenue, Lewisham, appeared at Bromley Adjudicators’ Court on the same day.

Both were remanded in guardianship and are set to appear at the Old Bailey on Thursday, 23 October. Seven fresh individuals have been arrested in connection with the disquisition.
