Tube Strikes Threaten Post Malone Concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Fans of US pop star Post Malone are facing uncertainty over his upcoming concert in London as widespread Tube strikes loom.
Scheduled for 7 and 8 September 2025, Malone’s shows at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium clash with London Underground disruptions set to run from Sunday 7 to Thursday 11 September.
Services will be drastically reduced, with commuters and concert-goers expecting severe travel delays.
The Tube strike has already caused headaches for major acts. Coldplay was forced to reschedule its London dates, moving the 7 September show to 6 September and the 8 September show to 12 September.
The band explained on their website: “It was impossible to get 82,000 fans to and from Wembley Stadium without London Underground services. Therefore, no event licence can be granted for the nights of 7th and 8th September.”
Post Malone enthusiasts are now anxious about potential disruptions.
One fan took to X, writing: “@TicketmasterUK is there any update on if the @PostMalone concert is going ahead amid all the tube strikes next week??” Ticketmaster reassured fans, stating: “Hi, if any changes are made to this event, all ticket holders will be contacted via email. Thanks.”
At present, the concerts are still scheduled to proceed. While the Elizabeth line, London Overground, and trams will continue running during the strikes, they are expected to be exceptionally crowded, adding extra stress for anyone travelling to the stadium.
With Tube strikes looming, fans are advised to plan their journeys carefully, expect long queues, and explore alternative travel options. The uncertainty has already created a ripple of concern across the capital’s live music scene.
