Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban Call Time on Marriage After Nearly Two Decades
Hollywood stars Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have ended their marriage after almost 20 years together.
The couple, who tied the knot in 2006, are said to have been living separately since the start of summer. Keith Urban has reportedly moved into his own residence in Nashville, leaving the family home behind.
“Keith has acquired his own residence in Nashville and has moved out of their family home,” a source said.
While the split was initiated by Urban, sources suggest Kidman has been trying to preserve their marriage and is focusing on their two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14, during this challenging period.
“Nicole is holding the family together through this difficult time since Keith has been gone,” the source added.

The couple was last seen together in June at a FIFA Club World Cup 2025 group D match in Nashville. Alongside her children with Urban, Kidman also has two adult children, Bella, 32, and Connor, 30, with her ex-husband Tom Cruise.
Their separation follows a public moment in July when Urban avoided a question about his wife’s intimate scenes in her latest Netflix film, A Family Affair.
During a radio interview, the hosts asked: “I thought, ‘What does Keith Urban think when he sees his beautiful wife with beautiful younger men like Zac Efron having these beautiful love scenes on TV?’”
The question went unanswered as Urban’s team reportedly disconnected from the call.
Despite this, insiders say Urban appeared in good spirits during the interview. However, the incident highlighted his discomfort when discussing his famous spouse.
The end of their marriage marks the conclusion of one of Hollywood’s most enduring relationships, leaving fans and the media reflecting on two decades of shared life in the spotlight.
