House Democrats have released a fresh set of documents from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate, revealing potential links to prominent public figures including Elon Musk, Steve Bannon, Peter Thiel, and Prince Andrew.
Fresh Epstein Files Reveal Shocking Names
The new batch, part of over 8,500 documents submitted to the House Oversight Committee, outlines Epstein’s scheduled meetings, financial records, and flight manifests, offering new insight into the disgraced financier’s vast web of connections.
Key Names and Meetings Unveiled
Among the most striking revelations:
- A 2014 scheduling note refers to a potential trip by Elon Musk to Epstein’s private island.
“Reminder: Elon Musk to island Dec. 6 (is this still happening?)” The email reads. - Steve Bannon, former Trump strategist, was scheduled for a 7 a.m. breakfast meeting with Epstein on 16 February 2019—just months before Epstein was charged with sex trafficking.
- Peter Thiel, the billionaire venture capitalist, was listed for a lunch meeting on 27 November 2017.
- A flight manifest dated 12 May 2000 shows Prince Andrew flying from New Jersey to West Palm Beach aboard Epstein’s private jet, accompanied by Ghislaine Maxwell.
Additionally, financial records provided to the committee indicate payments from Epstein to an individual listed as “Andrew.”
It’s important to note: the appearance of a name in the documents does not imply criminal conduct.
These new documents suggest how deeply entrenched Epstein was with global elites even after his 2007 conviction.
Musk’s Involvement Draws Fresh Scrutiny
Elon Musk’s name appearing in the documents adds fuel to ongoing public speculation.
Though no wrongdoing is suggested, his connection has renewed interest, especially given his very public fallout with Donald Trump over the handling of the Epstein files.
The split included Musk accusing Trump of concealing key documents claims which amplified tensions between the two influential figures.

Justice Still Elusive, Say Democrats
Sara Guerrero, spokesperson for the House Oversight Committee, issued a clear statement: “It should be clear to every American that Jeffrey Epstein was friends with some of the most powerful and wealthiest men in the world.”
She added, “Every new document produced provides new information as we work to bring justice for the survivors and victims… Oversight Democrats will not stop until we identify everyone complicit in Epstein’s heinous crimes.”
Democratic lawmakers are now pushing Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice to “release all the files now.”
Political Battle Over Transparency
The release has sparked a fresh political clash.
While Democrats demand full transparency, Republican committee members labelled the revelations as “old news.” They accused Democrats of selective disclosure, stating: “It’s sad how Democrats are conveniently withholding documents that contain the names of Democratic officials… We are releasing them all soon.”
This political back-and-forth comes as the Justice Department faces renewed pressure to fully disclose the so-called “Epstein files,” a pledge originally made during the Trump administration but never fulfilled.
Background: The Epstein Scandal Continues
Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted sex offender, was arrested in 2019 on federal charges of trafficking and abusing minors. He died in a Manhattan jail cell that August, his death ruled a suicide, though it has long been surrounded by conspiracy theories.
His longtime associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, was convicted in 2021 for helping Epstein sexually exploit young girls and is currently serving a 20-year federal prison sentence.
Earlier this year, FBI Director Kash Patel declared that “no further disclosure” in the case would be appropriate, prompting outrage and a two-day congressional hearing. Lawmakers remain divided over the extent to which details should be made public.
The House Oversight Committee recently subpoenaed the Justice Department for records related to Epstein and Maxwell, suggesting more disclosures could be imminent.
With high-profile names being linked, public appetite for answers is unlikely to wane. As files continue to trickle out, the pressure is mounting not only on politicians and justice officials but on those once seen within Epstein’s inner circle.
One thing is certain: the Epstein saga is far from over.
